·Normally, we do not accept returns (due to high international freight) but we can provide monetary compensation.

1. Damage caused by failure to install and maintain in accordance with the instructions of the product shall not be accepted for refund or exchange of goods.
2. Damage caused by failure to install in accordance with specified procedures (such as no cleaning pipes before installation and all air conditioning fittings systems) will not be accepted for refund or replacement.
3. If you purchase and use for more than one year but you find there is somthing wrong, this situation is not covered by the warranty, but we can provide you with repair suggestions.
4. In one year, if your air conditioning is not refrigerated due to the quality of products, you can provide us with pictures and videos, we will judge and compensate according to the situation.
5. New products never been installed to cars and without quality problems will not be accepted for refund or replacement.
6. The inappropriate use of auxiliary materials (such as inferior oil, refrigant, etc.) will not be accepted for refund or replacement.
7. Disassemble products without consultion will not be accepted for refund or replacement.
